Set up your organization
Max grounds every evaluation and suggestion in your organization’s profile: what you offer and to whom. The first administrator fills it in once, and Max drafts most of it from your website and materials.
This is the first item on the setup checklist. Only administrators see the checklist and can edit the profile; members see it read-only.
Let Max draft the profile
Section titled “Let Max draft the profile”Right after your first sign-in, the Your organization step appears.
-
Check Organization name.
-
Enter your Website, for example
www.your-organization.com. -
Optionally add Organization materials: strategy decks, brochures, process guides. Click Add files to upload, or Link files to link documents from a connected workspace such as Google Drive. These files stay in your organization’s materials and keep helping Max later.
-
Click Continue. Max reads the website and up to 10 of the materials and drafts the profile. This takes a moment.
-
Review the draft: Description, Core offering and Target audiences. Edit anything that is wrong. Max gets things wrong sometimes, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
-
Click All good, continue.
If you click Skip for now instead, the profile stays empty and the checklist reminds you.
Edit the profile later
Section titled “Edit the profile later”Open Organization settings from the organization menu in the sidebar. The AI context tab holds the profile and the materials.
- Edit any field and click Save changes.
- Fill empty fields asks Max to draft only the fields that are still empty, from the website and the materials. Review, then save.
- Under Organization materials, add, link, open or remove documents. Max reads them alongside each project’s own files.
