Sign in for the first time

You get into Scale Platform through an invitation email. After signing in, a short profile step asks who you are, and then you are in.

Accept the invitation

The email comes from Scale Platform (support@scale-company.com) with the subject “Inviter invited you to Organization — meet Max, your AI co-worker”.

Open the email and click Get started. The sign-in page opens with your email already known to it.
Click Sign in. How you sign in depends on your organization:
- Email and password: create an account with your invited email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Google: choose your Google account.
- Enterprise single sign-on: your company login opens automatically. Your organization’s IT department manages access; if the login fails, ask them.
Wait for “Signing you in…” to finish.

If you see No Organization Access or We couldn’t sign you in, the account you used is not connected to an organization. Sign out, and sign in again with the exact email address that was invited. If that does not help, contact your organization’s administrator.

Complete your profile

The first sign-in opens Your profile.

Check First name and Last name. They are prefilled when your login provider knows them.
Choose a Role in organization: Manager, Team Lead, Team Member or Other. If you choose Other, describe your role in the field that appears.
Optionally add a Job title.
Click Continue.

You can change all of this later under Profile, where you can also add a picture.

What happens next

Administrator of a new organization: two more steps ask for your organization’s details. Continue with Set up your organization.
Everyone else: you land in the app. Your home is My work, which lists the objectives and actions assigned to you, grouped by project. Open a project from the sidebar to see its Planning board, and open Max from the bottom of the sidebar to ask about it.

Max introduces the platform in a short tutorial. Open it any time from the ? menu at the top right, under Tutorial.
